Australian Payroll Association has big plans for 2022. While we can’t disclose them publicly just yet, we do need someone to join our team who is responsible for executing them in a sales capacity.
You don’t necessarily need sales experience (although understanding sales processes is an obvious advantage) but you definitely have to have high energy for sales activity and a passion for helping our clients deliver confidence in how their employees are paid.
With uncapped commission, this is a role for someone serious about their sales career.
If not you, perhaps it’s someone you know, so please pass this on. They could be working in the payroll industry right now, or perhaps in other areas such as recruitment, technology or hospitality sales. We aren’t prescriptive in terms of the background of the successful candidate but they definitely have the drive and attitude it takes to deliver on our mission.
