A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Payroll Officer to join our team in Huntingwood at Skyline’s National Head Office. You will be joining a team of three, in a rapidly expanding company which manages Landscape Maintenance for a range of commercial clients.
There are currently over 400 employees in our rapidly growing business.
Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager you will work in a team of 4 to process the weekly payroll. This is an integral role and perfect for someone who is looking for an opportunity to develop and grow in their payroll career.
Key responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:
- End-to-end payroll processing
- Data entry of timesheets and active imports
- Management of payroll adjustments
- Handle new starter and termination processes
- Prepare reports for State Managers and Director on a weekly basis
- Superannuation reconciliation
- Systems administration
- Handling payroll queries
- Support to the Payroll Manager
Education and Experience
Minimum 3 years performing end-to-end payroll
Payroll Metrics and KeyPay experience preferred
Australian Payroll Association qualification will be looked on favourably
