Who are we?
Chief Executive Officer
Tracy has a background working with payroll vendors and payroll professionals and has spent the last 20 years trying to get one to make sense of the other.
Her corporate career included senior roles at Sage Micropay and NorthgateArinso.
Tracy, her husband and two children live in Sydney.
Chief Knowledge Officer
Degree qualified in accounting, Maria started her working life 20 years ago at Radio 2UE where she was responsible for all accounting payroll functions. She then moved into more payroll specific roles across a broad range of industries including FMCG, broadcast and media, hospitality, engineering and construction and eventually payroll implementation and outsourcing.
She has long been a supporter of payroll networking groups and understands the difficulties of maintaining currency of payroll information and compliance for payroll professionals.
Maria takes great pride in assisting APA members in all areas of the payroll function and (just quietly) doesn’t mind a chat!
From a career in the investment banking sector, Andy began working exclusively in the payroll sector in 2012.
Andy is passionate about creating a difference in the payroll sector and delivering genuine additional value to the 'average recruitment process' that exists by default in so many circumstances.

Andy is a rugby union tragic and resides in Sydney with his wife and two children.

Based in Canberra but a citizen of the world from a former life in the travel industry, Kylie is always looking after our members to ensure they
